About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to own complex infrastructure challenges, monitoring systems, and platform reliability. Must diagnose multi-layered issues, architect scalable solutions, and maintain high-availability systems under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex system failures across distributed architectures, investigate performance bottlenecks, and perform root cause analysis
- Monitoring & Observability: Design comprehensive monitoring systems, optimize time-series data storage, and implement cost-effective retention strategies
- System Architecture: Build resilient infrastructure patterns, manage container orchestration, and architect multi-tier solutions balancing real-time and historical data
- Automation: Develop CI/CD pipelines with staged deployments, create infrastructure-as-code, and implement automated remediation
- Data Management: Handle persistent storage, backup strategies, data migration, and archival policies
Required Skills
- 3+ years with container orchestration platforms and cloud infrastructure
- Strong troubleshooting across networking, storage, and distributed systems
- Experience with monitoring/observability platforms and time-series databases
- Proficiency in infrastructure automation and configuration management
- Ability to work under pressure during outages and critical incidents
- Strong analytical skills to trace issues across interconnected services
Preferred Qualifications
- Multi-tenancy, high-availability, and disaster recovery experience
